Bad Internet

Introduction

I’m Selvy. Today I’m going to explain about the deadly dangers of the internet. All people use internet for everything like homework for students, find job for adults, entertainment, and looking for new friends. Many people who don’t know the dangers of the Internet.  A lot of crime and fraud that occurred that could threaten your life. Everyone should know the dangers of the internet. Now it has a lot of children who were abducted as they relate in social networks like facebook and twitter.

I agree if internet is a deadly danger for people. Many people who died because of crimes committed through the Internet. Many kidnappers are using social network and search for young children to be made in the target. The example is teenagers who met someone on social networking and invited to meet. This is very dangerous because we do not know each other. He might not have good intentions. Many parents who do not know the children acquainted with the people through social networks and some children are missing after a meeting with social networking friends. The other example is Cyber Bullying. Cyber Bullying is basically the use of the internet or cell phones to "pick on" people. Common examples are threatening Text messages or emails, mocking in Chat Rooms or other open forums, sending embarrassing photos around, etc. All of this is made easier with modern technology because it can be done easily, at anytime and to lots of people. At least 40% of children have been cyber bullied in someway. The more disturbing part is that nearly 60% have not told their parents. The sad reality is that it leads to many teens taking their own lives - a tragedy that could be avoided with a little more awareness from parents. Parents should participate in keeping their children in order to avoid crime.

Conclusion

We should really know the functions of the Internet itself. The children should not see the sites on the internet without their parents besides them. Children who like to open a site that is not good to be able to destroy his future. Teenager and adult are using the Internet to find their homework or just for entertainment. Teenagers should not meet people who are known in cyberspace without the supervision of the family. Be friends with anyone is okay, but it must be met directly by permission of the family and parental supervision. Do not ever be persuaded of seduction anyone who offers money.

Internet Practitioner Judith MS Lubis claimed data Indonesian Child Protection Committee (KPAI) in February 2010 showed there are 7 cases of abduction / month in which the victim before communicating via the Facebook social networking with the perpetrator. Some cases had revealed to the public are kidnapping Latifah in Jombang, Nova in Tangerang, and the Goddess in Pondok Aren, Tangerang.
